Job Descriptions :

• Responsible for industrial test and measurement instruments, such as digital multimeter, power quality analyzer, network infrastructure tester etc.
• To liaise with suppliers and co-ordinate with internal parties in solving technical & usability problems.
• Provide pre-sales and technical support to our Sales Department, Corporate Account customers and retail customers.
• Deliver product/system training to our customers.
• Work with product development team to evaluate new products
• Develop technical requirement documents for tender submission.
• Deliver high quality service to maintain customer relationship
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements :

• Certificate or above in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related disciplines.
• Holding with 2-4 years relevant experience is an advantage but fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Be self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Holding with Registered Electrical Workers (Grade A) certificate is an advantage.
