Testing Technician

Job Objective

Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will take responsibility in coordinating product compliance activities. You will also be responsible for providing Product Compliance related supports/inputs to other departments. You are required to have collaboration with BU, PD, Sourcing, and other Operations teams on Vendor Compliance related issues for continuous improvement of Product compliance performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Product Compliance test team to coordinate all activities related to in-house and external testing of product samples.
• Coordinate/follow up with the vendors for tracking the testing sample.
• Coordinate sample submissions for lab testing and follow up the lab testing status.
• Record and keep track of all testing status.
• Maintain filing system for all testing information, product reports/certificates.
• Coordinate payment processing of all lab tests.
• Filing and follow the updated the product compliance regulations, directives and testing standards.
• Other product compliance tasks assigned by superior
  
  

Requirements:

• Junior college level with Good English presentation skills is a must. 大学毕业，英文能够良好沟通是必要条件
• 2 years working experience on lab testing side (chemical engineering background with less experience is acceptable). willing to learn more and high potential for higher level.2年实验室测试工作经验（有化学化工类专业毕业、学习能力强，可以接受较少工作经验），愿意学习与尝试更多并有潜力向高层次发展
• Very good skills at Microsoft office 良好的电脑办公软件使用技能;

• Strong responsibility; Detailed and result oriented;高度责任感；细心与结果导向；
• Work independently as well as a good team player;具有较强的独立工作能力以及良好的团队合作精神和沟通；
