As a Senior Digital Test Engineer, you will be leading small technical team to create Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) code/test methods and participate in data reviews which will require close collaboration with Design, Design for Test (DFT), Process, Product, and Manufacturing Engineers. You will be responsible for ATE HW design and review, characterization, bench/system to ATE correlation, and delivering production test programs to time to market demand, test time, quality, and yield goals.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience.

Product and Test Engineering (PTE) is looking for Senior level Digital Test Engineers with 3-5 year industry experience. Ideal candidate will have Development and Manufacturing experience on large Digital SOC products using either Teradyne or Advantest test platforms, demonstratable technical expertise in one of the following disciplines: Mixed Signal, Microprocessors, HSIO, Logic, Memory, DFT, DFM, SW Development, and a strong understanding of data management tools and techniques required for characterization, yield management, and outlier detection. Candidates must have leadership qualities, strong analytical/problem solving skills, be fluent in English (written and verbal), have excellent management/organizational skills, and be committed to a continuous improvement process. B.S. Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, Masters of Electrical Engineering Preferred. Applicable Course work: Digital Logic, Computer Architecture, VLSI design, Semi-Conductor Physics, Statistics, Programming Language (C++, JAVA, Python), Digital Communications, Wireless Communications 3-5 years industry experience on Advantest 93K or Teradyne UFlex/IFlex as Product, Test Engineer, or Manufacturing Engineer.
