JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Manage and develop the product and sales training requirements for the China commercial organizations in line with other sales activities curriculums identified centrally

• Develop China Product training strategy in line with local training requirements and corporate initiatives

• Deliver training activity that enhances the skills and develops the CTS product knowledge of the local Sales and Marketing Team

• Support the China Marketing team with the introduction of new products and compiling suitable training material to support this

• Support the China commercial team to deliver the sales targets through the development implementation of training activity.

• Ensuring consistency and cost effectiveness by working at both a local and global level (with the training team)

• Support all relevant product related activity within the SBDU – Suzhou

• Coordinate and deliver a dealer training strategy that supports commercial results

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

• Preferably 3 years experiences in working within a training role

• Comprehensive understanding of Stanley Black & Decker / DeWalt product and applications – to a level that impacts the application of the product into the workplace

• Previous experience within a commercial sales environment

• Strong PC skills – in particular Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) Strong English skills both in spoken and Written
