If you are about to graduate or have recently graduated get in touch – Lenovo is hiring for a Graduate to join the Consumer 4P (Product/ Category team) You will be working across the Consumer 4P team and will be working across multiple product categories including laptops, desktops, gaming, monitors and with a special focus on tablets. The 4P team is at the centre of the process within Lenovo you will be exposed to working with multiple departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations as well as networking with our European Central Team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for the products and technology and a desire to learn about the world of consumer electronics. You will need to be confident and willing to present the features and benefits of the Lenovo products - at first to Lenovo’s Sales Organisation but as this role evolves you will be presenting to some of Lenovo’s biggest customers in the UK and Ireland. You will be working with the Sales Organisation to identify opportunities within their customer base and understanding why Lenovo may not have been successful on any opportunities and feeding back to the Worldwide Team on how Lenovo can improve their product offerings. We are looking for a candidate who wants to join a fast-paced and highly pressured, target-based team in a role that will allow them to understand the Lenovo business and be the first step on their career into a role within Category/ Business Management or a Sales function. #### Position Requirements: Skills Needed: • Confident and excellent communication skills. • Being able to multitask several topics/ targets at any given moment. • Hungry to chase down and exceed a target. • Ambitious mindset • Be strong willed and resilient and able to overcome barriers that will challenge you hitting the targets. • Confident presenting • Self starter and entrepreneurial flair • Willingness to learn • Able to think of their feet and be a self-starter whilst following the Lenovo guidelines.
