Then come and join our global team as Product & Clinical Support Specialist, Molecular Imaging to responsible for providing clinical support and application training, to new and existing customers in the operation of Siemens Healthineers MI equipment, including SPECT, SPECT-CT, PET-CT and PET-MRI systems Your tasks and responsibilities: You will be providing clinical, marketing, training and technical sales support in the relevant field. You will provide comprehensive MI and/ or application training independently to various groups and levels of staff in all environments You will perform system troubleshooting, image quality, protocol & workflow optimization together with customers You will engage customers in consultative or collaborative discussions on relevant research projects You will conduct product presentations, and on-site demos for workshops, conferences, site visits, pre-sales events, tender clarifications, customer updates etc. You will support and conduct training initiatives, such as educational and clinical workshops You will assist and advise sales team in system configuration for tender submissions and clarifications You understand and develop expertise in competitive product comparison and our unique selling points You will be involved to build key reference sites in Singapore for Molecular Imaging To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/molecular-imaging Your qualifications and experience: You are a qualified radiographer / clinical practitioner with at least 5 years working experience in MI and experienced in wide range of neuro, cardiac, oncology applications Previous knowledge or training on Siemens Healthineers MI equipment e.g SPECT, SPECT-CT, PET-CT and PET-MRI equipment and applications is an advantage Clinical knowledge, training and operational experience on other imaging modalities is an advantage You possess knowledge of clinical procedures, workflow, practical working experience, technical and image quality evaluation skills, vital to promote our product range to the market. Existing Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) Registration & Practicing Certificate or valid qualifications for registration, is an advantage Your attributes and skills: You enjoy developing and maintaining good working relationships with key clinical users You have good communication & interaction skills with colleagues & customers.
