What you will do: As part of the New Services and Innovation team you will be responsible for successfully introducing new digital products and services into different countries. In this role you will be part of the Go-To-Market team and work close to Marketing, Sales, PR, Partners, Engineering, Legal, Finance and other teams in order to design and coordinate new implementations to meet cross-functional needs and business goals, with focus on user experience. We're looking for a driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills with prior experience driving programs from concept to launch. Scope of responsibilities • Work with local teams across the globe to launch new services • Define schedules and plan execution from cross-functional teams • Perform regular meetings with cross functional teams making sure the activities are on track • Assess the impact of new releases deployment • Monitor user engagement, provide reports and propose actions based on data • Ensure the service quality in each country performing user testing and addressing local issues with Engineering #### Position Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in product/project management • Experience in consumer engagement for mobile apps • Knowledge of mobile cloud computing • Strong Leadership skill • Excellent communication skills • Fluency in English and Portuguese languages Preferred Qualifications: • Data science and/or advanced analytics knowledge • Solid understanding of the key business drivers and customer dynamics related to mobile apps • Fluency in Spanish language We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
