·       You will work in the area of the Manufacturing Digitalization and will help creating a stable and future-proof platform and portfolio for manufacturing IT in Bosch.

·       You will work not only on the classic topics in manufacturing planning and execution, quality and maintenance management, but also the topics to shape the transformation of the manufacturing with Cloud/Edge Manufacturing and Industrial Metaverse. 

·       In the role of the Product and Service Owner, you are accountable throughout the lifecycle of internal manufacturing IT products/services (strategy, plan, build, deploy, run and phase-out). You orchestrate the collaboration of other responsible roles for the IT product/service.

·       Responsible for the marketing study, business analysis, product development strategy definition.

·       Responsible for the design, prototype, project setup and review for your product and service.

·       Work closely with technical teams to ensure the highly effective and efficient delivery of the high-quality product.

·       Ensure the continues development and competitiveness of your product and service.

·       Ensure the completeness of the product and promotion document.

·       Ensure and improve the product excellence process.

·       You are the first point of contact for internal customers of your product/service. In your role, you maintain a close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders in order to fulfill customer’s requirements.

·       You will ensure proper financing for your product/service, contracting of necessary resources (internal contracting, infrastructure, external service providers if necessary).

·       You will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring performance of your product.

·       计算机科学，软件工程，信息系统，通信工程，自动化等相关专业全日制本科以上学历。

·       5年以上IT软件开发管理，项目管理，服务管理等工作经验。

·       5年以上制造行业数字化相关经验，熟悉生产制造流程。具备制造执行系统MES或生产运营管理MOM经验优先。

·       3年以上数字化产品经理经验，能够独立开展业务分析和产品规划等工作。

·       具备项目管理，产品管理，IT预算管理经验。

·       熟悉敏捷开发流程，具备敏捷项目经验。

·       具备优秀的演讲简报能力，分析能力，沟通能力和熟练的英语听说读写能力。

·       主动积极，认真负责，乐观自省，团队精神，客户导向。

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

·       5 years of professional experience in IT software engineering, project and service management.

·       5 years of professional experience in manufacturing industry, familiar with production and manufacturing processes, MES and MOM experience is a plus.

·       3 years of professional experience in digital product management, able to conduct business analysis and product planning independently.

·       Experience with planning and controlling of budget for IT projects and/or IT service/products.

·       Understanding of Agile Methodologies, experience with working in Agile projects (SCRUM, Kanban).

·       Strong presentation, verbal and written communications skills, fluent English.

·       Strong analytical skills, good communication skills, Individual responsibility, team player, strong commitment to achieve customer satisfaction
