Position Description: As product validation PM: 1\. Analyze product feature and requirements, identify project risk and coordinate with developers for mitigation plan. 2\. Define /create test strategy/plan against project schedule and engineering change, monitor and audit test team progress and test quality. 3\. Tracking project issues and driving issue fix, support developer for system level debug and root cause analysis. 4\. Control project key milestones, such as phase entry/exit, Gerber release and tooling go… 5\. Support system build and manufacturing if needed. 6\. Work with cross function team for validation process/efficiency improve, test technical deep dive. 7\. Support life cycle engineering change and design related issues analysis and fix in Manufacturing or Field. #### Position Requirements: 1\. Bachelor degree with mechanical, computer science or electronic background. 2\. 5+ years of notebook develop or validation filed. 3\. Familiar notebook develops and validation process, deep understand validation methodology and related standard/specification 4\. Experience with PC compatibility and reliability test and Validation project management. 5\. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English, could collaboration with multiple teams.
