Job Outputs:

Responsible for the performance of the product audit (ItO), the knowledge transfer as well as the crossplant process and scale alignment with the functions development (E), purchasing and supplier network (M), production (T).

Implementation planning of resources (vehicles, personnel) for the performance of product audits. • Coordination and planning of the own fielding in the revision function also in foreign-language countries and with external partners.

Support for planning tasks in ItO.

Independent implementation of the audit in (German) and English language including alignment in difficult cases among technologies (e.g., concerning maturity level).

Independent performance of product audits according to audit requirements and BI logic in ItO.

Develop a Group-wide network, including AQ-2x, to liaise with as a source of latest information and a point of contact for any confirmation of information.

Analysis, verification, and qualified input of topics into the problem management process (PMP). (BM5.04.04: Sensor)

Documentation of the ItO audit results, creation of audit protocols and further complex cross-PL analysis in Audit IT-systems.

Determination, documentation, and report of quality KPIs (QZ).

Preparation of reports for the executive board.

Participation in process improvements with regard to obtained insights („Lessons Learned “), especially in the further development of evaluation specifications and processes.

Ensure complying with Company policies and procedures, work instructions and Process Specifications.

Request corrective action if QZ figure is above limits.

Identification of functional defects and recurring defects.

Special audits on functional build units/special launch units to ensure profile standards and acceptable quality standards

Assistance with investigations of various problems and implementation of solutions.

To inspect, check and test material or results of a production area and to conduct line audits.

To determine by the established means whether the product meets the specified quality levels through audits and support production in solving quality problems

Minimum Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Mechanical artisanship or equivalent with specialist training in automotive engineering

3 Years’ experience in Quality auditing and process

Presentation skills to communicate the audit results by being fair and sturdy with good interpersonal skills to either accept or reject audit booking discussions from the cores representatives.

Ability to control a vehicle at the limit and give an appropriate judgement at the same time.
