You manage the products, solutions, and services with full responsibility for the results, including definition of their customer and market requirements for West Europa - Americas, growth & profit strategies, business planning, road mapping. You constantly observe relevant competitors' products, solutions, and services. You define product marketing strategies (product/solution/service, price, placement, promotion). You establish and manage or synchronize a cross functional team to realize the development of the products, solutions, and services in your responsibility. You drive the business performance of the products, solutions, and services over the whole product lifecycle in cooperation with all partners over the whole process chain (PLM / SCM / CRM). You contribute to activities to continuously improve the product lifecycle You will also cooperate closely with our headquarter in Germany. What you need to make real what matters? You hold a master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science and have already experience in product management in digitalization. Additionally, you have experience in Project Management and in machine and/or drive train applications and have contributed to projects or developments. You have specific knowledge of the following industries: Pharma, Chemical, Food& Beverage, Electronics. Knowledge of CRM and PLM process and tools. You have an advanced level in technical competencies for motion control products. You are familiar with the product management process (7Ps). In your Career you have had international business relations and have experience of working in interdisciplinary teams and with different cultures. You have analytical skills; empathy and you are a team player. You are result and customer oriented. Your like to travel and you speak fluently English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
