2.   Main tasks     

• Ensure that all supply chain-related functions can access updated and consistent data to successfully activate all supply chain processes (SAP Super User).
• Responsibility for the settings of BOM, MR, PV, and PP master data in collaboration with Production Planners & Finance.
• Defining the general master data strategy and ensuring standardized and reliable processes for managing the data.
• Continuously ensures the relevance, quality and integrity of master data and collects input and requirements from relevant organizations.
• Continuous improvement of master data configuration and processes in coordination with all relevant partners.
• Execution of analysis and reporting tasks and support for KPI reporting.
• SAP trouble shooter for the SC organization and the interfaces like production, logistics and warehousing.
• Manage incidents (SNOW) for the SC organization.
• Manage change requests through E2E process with IT.
• Point of contact for the global SAP team/GPOs for SC relevant topics.
• Organize regional activities for regular SAP updates (e.g. testing).
• Organize/manage system set-up and testing of process changes/new processes to be used in the SC.
• Organize/support set-up of new SAP plants and required master data.
• SAP/Local Systems Security Profile Review. Review/Submit Authorization Request. Follow up on request status if not approved in timely manner.
• Responsible to set-up reports including dash boards for the SC organization.
• Provision of defined reports on routine basis.
• Moderator of root cause analysis using the defined SOLOGIC Tool deployed by the Albemarle Corportation.
• Manage (data) project for the SC organization
• In colabortion with the Albemarle Master Data Governance Team, manage SC data flow processes from end-to-end through the MDG tool.

3.   Responsibility and responsibility

The role is the designated resource focused on the integrity and quality of all master data across the entire supply chain, from order entry to execution and logistics data. This includes enforcing the master data strategy across all relevant organizations and ensuring the relevance of master data. The role also focuses on KPI reporting as well as collaborating with Production Analyst in other regions of Supply Chain to ensure standardization of processes across the organization.

4.   Requirements for the function  (professional requirements profile):

       4.1    Training:

• Completed bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Administration/ Logistics/ industrial Engineering/ Information Technology or comparable qualification.

       4.2    Professional experience:

• 2+ years of professional experience in the field of supply chain management and their processes
• Experience in creating, correcting, maintaining, and updating large data sets.

   4.3 Expertise:

• Good to Excellent SAP Operations or Supply Chain module knowledge.
• Strong understanding of database systems (e.g., SQL).
• Good Microsoft Office package knowledge (Excel and Word).
• Good communication skills in Local Language and English and (verbal communication and writing).
• Developed skillset in process management.
