Production Clerk – Pre-formance Dept. Eaton’s Crouse Hinds, B-Line, Oil & Gas team is currently seeking a Production Clerk to join our team. This position is based at our Washington, PA facility and work the general hours of 6 am to 3 pm. The rate starts at $19.92/hour. Position Overview: This position reports to the Buyer/Planner for the Pre-formance Department. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to record and input data for production, maintain accurate inventory quantities, resolve material discrepancies, report findings and recommendations for improvements as necessary. In this function you will: Import data from spreadsheets or other formats, export data to various formats, key data directly to manage and track production numbers Create standard and custom reports Coordinate with Production Supervisor(s) and Planner to determine work sequence, progress of work, and completion dates Maintain a record of inventory levels and ordering new materials when necessary to ensure production has the proper materials on hand Perform a wide variety of clerical tasks including printing and filing documents Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments from suppliers and vendors Keep thorough and neat paperwork and organization Other duties as assigned Position Criteria: Highly knowledgeable in computer programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet High-level of competency with data-entry and detail-oriented reporting activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Washington, PA will be considered.
