Objective of Job:
The program planning team is responsible for a harmonized battery program at our battery supplier.
This program considers the available capacities and is fulfilling the customer demands.
The function is integrated into a a cross-functional team involved in all battery projects at our supplier.
Essential functions of the are:
- Preparation and alignment of our production program at supplier site
- Transparency on output and stock
- Project management support function for project leader (shopfloor management, decision preparation, lessons learned procedure, time management, coordination of project team)

Tasks:
- Support of the project leader (L4) in all planning activities

- Preparation and alignment of short and mid term production program.

- Ensuring program fulfilment

- Close collaboration with the battery supplier

- Transparency and Reporting of production output and stock levels

- Invite to meetings, document results and coordinate tasks in alignment with the project leader (TPL). Track Open Issues

- Generate reports and show status to project leader (L4) and management

- Organize preparation of management meetings. Show status reports to the management
