You will be responsible for production process development and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for sustainable development of production engineering level.
• Solve the technical and engineering problems in daily production, support production to be efficient smooth.
• Build up and maintain production engineering process.
• Production equipment & facilities & tools improvement.
• Suggestion on production engineering sustainable development and implementation.
• NCR & CCRP handling.

Your background

• A Bachelor’s degree or above in full-time university.
• 3 years of working experience on transformer technology, production process or quality management.
• Familiar with the basic structure and production process of transformer products. Know the common methods in quality management. Familiar with the application of statistical technology. Ability to write official documents.
• Fluent in Mandarin, good English listening, speaking and writing skills.
• Good computer skills and familiar with the OFFICE software.
• Trust and reliability, Open-minded and eager to learn, Accuracy and precision trends, ability to communicate with employees, external business relations staff and company management.
