Your responsibilities

• Defining the working phase sequence of a new production process in order to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget, ensuring appropriate production methods, cycle-time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets.
• Identifying and recommending improvement opportunities and implementing improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality and cost requirements.
• Ensuring the production process complies with the project targets, approving the design for processes developed internally or externally and performing final tests with respect to the project.
• Providing support to production during the internal/external process/equipment start-up, defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources.
• Working on IE4.0 implementation, evaluating VR&AR the usage and digital tools such as the Power Bi.

Your background

• Must have bachelor’s degree and above in mechanical engineering and automation (Experience with industrial efficiency).
• Must have willingness to learn the new technology and implementing, can do multi-tasking.
• Must be good at Microsoft office.
• Must be good at English Language (reading, writing and basic oral English)
• Have to come office at least 3 days per week at least for 3 months.
