Purpose of Job: Support plant manager in managing the production operation.

Responsibilities:

Essential Function 1: Technical management

• To supervise the readiness of the process equipment and initiate counteractions, if needed
• Partipate the analysis of equipment failure and proposing solutions to avoid reoccuance
• To take care of a smooth production process

Essential Function 2: Production shifts supervision

• Lead and coach shifts team to fullfill production tasks in a safe, clean and timely manner.
• Ensure product are produced without risk of containmination.
• Ensure the plant cleanliness by good work practice and a high level of housekeeping.
  

Requirements:

• University graduate majoring in Chemical engineering or similar;
• min. 3 years working experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Good in speaking, writing and reading English;
• Proved track record on operator leadership, problem solving, housekeeping management in past working history.
