To ensure production lines running smoothly in accordance to work procedure. Execute and follow SHE policy and good practices.

Responsibilities

• Master the safety production status of allnex resin (Changshu) site. The duty leader shall comprehensively master the status quo of production safety during the production of the site by means of inspection, spot inspection and routing inspection, so as to make sure that all production and operation activities are organized in strict accordance with the requirements to ensure good operation and safe production of the factory.
• Implement the rules and regulations. The duty leader shall check and spot-check the implementation of various rules and regulations and operating rules of the site during on duty, and timely prevent the occurrence of violation of labor discipline, illegal operation, illegal command and super capacity production, so that all rules and regulations and operating rules of the factory can be strictly implemented.
• Organize to eliminate potential accidents. If the class leaders find hidden dangers in the inspection and spot check, they should strictly implement the monitoring and rectification measures to eliminate hidden dangers. When finding the major hidden danger that endangers employee's life safety, want resolute decision, organize to suspend production to withdraw person immediately.
• Strengthen the management of key parts and links. The duty leaders should strengthen the production equipment, storage tank, major hazards such as key parts of the patrol, look at the key equipment running status, ensure the normal operation of equipment and facilities, the patrol shall not be less than 1 time per hour, especially in hot work, into the limited space etc. and other special operation safety management, we will strictly control related special operating system, detailing special check on duty, strictly implement safety type of administration examination and approval procedures, earnestly implement the work safety management measures, to ensure that the special operation safety.
• The duty leader should work and leave at the same time with the shift. Must clearly define the key points, supervise and participate in the pre-shift production meeting of the shift, fulfill the related responsibilities such as safety training, accident warning education, emergency preparation, standardization construction, and hidden danger investigation.
• Scientific and reasonable handling of emergency situations. When an accident or dangerous situation occurs in a factory, the shift leader shall immediately take emergency measures, organize emergency rescue, reduce the loss of the accident to the minimum, and report the accident to the main responsible person of the factory and relevant regulatory authorities within the prescribed time limit.
• Other work assigned by the site manager, production supervisor and safety supervisor.

Required skills and experience

• College /BS degree / above
• Professional requirements: chemical engineering/safety/environmental engineering.

Experience (type and length of experience)

• More than 1 years，Safety engineer or shift production management experience in the chemicals plant with BS degree education, or above，
• More than 2 years shift experience in chemical plant, chemical engineering/safety/environmental engineering background with college education。

• Strong safety awareness；
