To participate in WCM workshops such as TPM and standardization, to be the leader in 5S workshops./ 参与TPM、标准化等WCM （World Class Manufacture）活动，领导现场5S改善活动。

To report on a daily basis the production volumes./ 每日产量汇报

To ensure the stock-taking accuracy of line side parts inventory by implement MES operation standard & participate in MES system upgrate./ 参与MES系统改善，通过MES 操作标准化执行确保生产线边零件库存准确率。

To promote and lead team work activities of production./ 推动生产部门团队改善工作。

To run a weekly meeting with line leaders to understand the issues and define action plans together with supporting functions.在支持部门配合下组织每周生产线管理会，分析问题并推动改善计划的实施。

To participate in the introduction of new processes making sure the new lines are safe for the operators and that they are designed according to Lean/MAFACT concepts (continuous flow, one piece flow, pull flow, …)

任职要求：

Bachelor degree or above./本科及以上学历

Major in industrial engineering, machinery and equipment , etc. /工业工程、机械与设备等相关专业

良好的英语听说读写能力./Good oral & written English skills

Familiar with WINDOWS operating system and office software./熟练运用WINDOWS操作系统及办公软件

Over 3 years working in production and manufacturing management, at least three years management experience in automobile industry.

从事生产制造管理工作三年以上，至少三年汽车行业生产部门管理经验。

Familiar with manufacturing process and cost control.

熟悉生产制造工艺流程，有成本控制意识；

Master the professional knowledge of lean production and continuous improvement.

掌握完整的精益生产知识和持续改进知识；

Familiar with TS16949 quality system. can be implemented in daily work.

熟悉TS16949质量体系，能在日常工作中加以贯彻；
