1. Safety

? Be responsible for safety and technology.

? Check and review standard operating procedures regarding with process, equipment and metering.

? Must review operating procedures and safeguards before start up, shut down, maintenance, modification and change of production line.

? Participate investigating, analysis and setting of action plan for accident and incident.

2. Plant daily operation

? Check and review daily production logsheets, consumption for detecting of any problem, initiate necessary actions to report to production manager.

? Daily monitoring of process effectiveness and quality; source of information for process change decisions, so as to raise process efficiency and minimize effluents.

? Participate monthly process meeting to review productivity, yield/quality ,and propose and participate or assist to conduct production program regarding Quality Improvement, yield improvement, Capacity Improvement, Safety Improvement, etc.

3. Lead and organize all quality and AIMS related activity in compliance with ISO9000,ISO14000 and AIMS procedures:

? Set up detailed standard operating procedures in accordance with ISO9000, ISO14000 and maintain them updated.

? Plan and organize AIMS activities in compliance with platform progress.

? Conduct or participate training program to improve operator’s and shift leader’s skill and proficiency.

? Regularly leads review of operating procedures, ensure all necessary operating procedures and records are updated, controlled.

4. Documentation of process:

? Build up technical data base/history for each product.

任职要求：

1. Knowledge:

? Master degree, majored in polymer, chemical engineering or related.

2. Skills:

? Process control regarding analysis and optimization of process.

? Presentation skills related to management presentations, customer and vendor audits, and employee training.

? Be familiar with MS Office, general competency with computers.

? Good written and oral English.

3. Experience:

? 2 years of experience in process or production management, and multination company background is a plus

4. Abilities:

? Able to handle specific problems generated during the production.

? Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.

? Self-motivated, independent and proactive.
