主要工作职责Main responsibilities:

？ 遵守公司政策，包括员工手册，质量和安全管理的政策和步骤

Comply with company polices, including employee manual, quality& Safety policy and procedures.

？ 装配工程过程的开发与实施， 并对所定义关键工艺实施验证并维护其验证有效性。

Conduct the production process engineering development& implementation; organize the

process validation and its maintenance, which applicable for defined key processes.

？ 在产品质量上每个流程步骤创建和维护加工技术文件和相应工艺指导等，以达到生产加工的标准化和一致性

Create & maintain the process technical documents and process engineering instructions for each process to achieve standardization of production processes and consistency in product quality.

？ 设计或购买并保障所涉及的生产在线的生产设备，工装夹具的良好运作。

Design or search & maintain the efficiency & effectiveness of production equipment, tools,

fixtures for concerned production lines.

？ 协助组织有效生产技能的培训, 认证和员工绩效考核系统，以满足岗位要求。

Assist in the Organization for production skill training, qualification and performance review, to meet the position qualification requirement.

？ 在职能范围内执行所认证的ISO13485和ISO 14001标准所适用的要求, 确保所生产产品的质量，安全，交付和效率得到持续满足，并通过执行改进项目使其提升。

Implement the applicable requirement of certification ISO13485 system and ISO 14001 system. Ensures continuous compliance of product quality, safety, delivery and efficiency, and drive their improvement by effective projects implementation.

？ 积极参与和生产相关的不合格和客户投诉的调查分析，贡献该职能范围内的知识和经验以帮助问题的有效解决

Deeply Involve in investigation and analysis for process nonconformity and customer complaints, contribute the know-how and experience from involved processes to resolve the case effectively.

？ 按照客户要求设计新的样品，并最终确认。

Design the new product base on requirements of customer and final confirmation.

？ 有效执行5S项目，精益生产项目以提升所负责产线的卓越运营水平

Effectively implement the 5S projects, Lean manufacturing projects to improve the operation excellence in concerned production processes.

？ 创建改善氛围，提升员工的素质

Create the KAIZEN culture and maintain good team morale within organization

？ 直接主管安排的其他事务 Other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

知识/技能/工作经验Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

教育背景Education

？ 大专学历或以上，理工科专业优先

College education or above, major in science or engineering is preferred

工作经验Experience

？ 在欧美公司生产工程3年以上的经验者优先，具有医疗行业GMP工作经验者优先考虑

Over 3 years’ experience as production engineering in US/EU Company is preferred; with GMP experience in medical industry is preferable.

语言要求Language

？ 流利的英语口语和良好写作能力;良好的人际沟通技巧

Fluent in oral and written English is necessary; Good interpersonal skills

技能要求Skills

？ 全面了解客户需求的交际能力

Good communication skills for fully understanding customer requirements.

？ 有设计生产工装夹具的能力

Capable of production tools design;

？ 熟悉ISO9001/13485,GMP和验证操作
