- Ensuring system availability and cycle time achievement by engineering support for production systems.

- Definition and proposal of complex optimization measures or elimination of faults as well as management of interdisciplinary meetings. 

- Coordination of system and process optimization (e.g. process and cycle time optimization).

- Central contact person for questions and issues about the function and structure of systems engineering.

- Detailed root cause and fault analysis for complex technical system issues.

- Performance support and evaluation of operational tests.

- Involvement during the installation and commissioning of new systems.

- Assisting in the development of process specifications and maintenance measures for the production systems.

- Evaluation of production/ quality KPI´s and creation of statistical analysis.

- Ensuring and monitoring of the production program with regard to quality, output, deadlines and economical tasks.

- Strong commitment to the use shopfloor management methods to control the area of responsibility including approaches of digitalization.

- Ensuring of compliance with statutory and company regulations and specifications, in particular in connection with occupational safety.

- Advance the continuous improvement process actively and independently.

- Systematic analysis of problems, proposal of measures, coordination of implementation and check of successful implementation.

- Managing projects in defined area of responsibility, including reporting to team and management.

- Pursue compliance with objectives and ensure and, if necessary, initiate immediate action and creation of date, budget and schedules.
