Purpose of the Position:

The leading processing production line abnormalities and rapid recovery of production, the establishment of integration or standard to find the root cause of the problem occurred in trouble shooting, the organization and coordination of the effective information transmission to strengthen communication and cooperation among departments.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• The organization and coordination of production or cross department personnel to solve the product problems.
• Responsible for organizing the preparation of the relevant personnel to repair the problem Troubleshooting.
• The preparation of production line technicians to standardize the operation of the preparation of the audit.
• Develop team development plan and provide the appropriate resources, and track the achievement of the personnel.
• Responsible for injection molding technician training and assessment.
• Develop team annual KPI and track progress and achieve.
• Cooperate with the engineer to arrange the test work, and be responsible for the new project transfer production audit and tracking.
• Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Education & Experience:

Familiar with bioscience products and related process and test.

Good data analysis skill and can use various tools for data processing

Understand DMIAC and green belt certification is preferred

Good knowledge on ISO certification and quality system
