1. General job accountability:

• Be responsible for managing protein production to support oncology drug discovery. Work with the team members to meet project timeline. Carry out bench-work experiments in Cell culture, Expression and Purification. (80%)
  

• Participate in experimental design. Such as purification process development for bispecific antibodies. Read published literatures relevant to the work and propose new ideas/solutions. Coordinate and plan the work with different internal or external functional groups. (10%)

• 
  Maintain an up-to-date laboratory notebook that records experimental methods, materials and results. Keep supervisor and project team informed on current status of work. Prepare presentations to show work being conducted on project or group meetings. (10%)

2. Qualification and competency requirements：

A. Education/training background:

• 
  BS/BA or MS in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related field.

• > 2 years of industry experience commensurate with job titles.

B. Knowledge/Skills:

• 
  Hands on experience in protein purification with AKTA, as well as column packing and evaluation is required.

• Experience of cell culture, cell transfection is plus.

• Experience in purification process development for bispecific antibodies is plus.

• Familiar with protein analytical technology such as but not limited to HPLC (SEC, HIC, IEX) and SDS-PAGE is plus.

• Experience in automation purification, ability to edit method is plus.

• Experiences in protein/IgG formulation is plus.

• Experience in process optimization and verification with endotoxin controlling is plus.

C. Others:

• Good planning and execution skills to meet deadlines and to handle multi tasks.

• Quick learner and good team player.

• Strong problem-solving skills.
