• Over 8 years factory or production management in Garment Casual wear,
• Experience in factories is a definite advantage.
• Fully managing factory around 500 - 1,000 workers.
• In-charge the production processes to ensure production efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure reliable production planning, material delivery and production preparation for production smooth.
• Monitor product standards and meet quality standard. Ensure on-time delivery.
• Bring in new production technology concept for efficiency improvement when required.
• Collaborate with concerned parties, administration, merchandising and supply chain on production, quality and delivery issues.
• Supervise and review worker performance, and motivate teamwork.
• Ensure achievement of production targets.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Station off-shore or China
