Food & Beverage intern

? Support the bi-weekly product testing process in store (consumer testing)
? Consolidate consumer testing results for 150 people per product every 2-4 weeks
? Support with product preparation for key meetings (campaign sign off meetings / ROD meetings / VIP marketing events)
? Support with reference gathering and consolidation for each campaign (insight gathering from the competitor / external market)
? Support with new product experiment / assessment
? Support the organisation of standard samples in the lab
? Support the delivery of 5S practice in the lab
? Provide general administrative support

Merchandise intern
? Carry out administrative assistance to support with the planning and execution of merchandise sales via stores and via e-commerce platforms.
? Support with weekly stock management and keep a check/log of all merchandise sales online, as a means to double sales online from suppliers on EC
? Act as a support coordinator between P.I and other functions to ensure merchandise promotional activity is aligned
? Support with reference material gathering from the competitor to ensure we gain more market insight needed to develop successful merchandise for Costa
? Support with key tactical/strategic P.I project from time to time

Experience/ Knowledge：
