• Working location: Glomed Factory, VSIP1, Binh Duong

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect data of process time in about 1-2 months
• Propose improvement ideas
• Implement improvement activities and evaluate the difference before and after improvement
• Assists to build and sustain a culture of Continuous Improvement
• Works closely with all levels to create and sustain a Continuous Improvement Culture by assessing and evaluating opportunities for improvement activities.
• Implement, support and follow improvement activities
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
