Your tasks:

• Production

• Implement and maintain Quality System such as product specification, SOP, WI to make sure reliable and consistent product quality.

• Ensure delivery performance meets or exceed customer requirements

• Work together with other departments to continuously improve productivity, scrape rate and reducing cost.

• Fulfil TPM plan and work together with engineering department to reduce machine down time.

• Ensure production cost targets are set, and effectively operating controls are in place to manage these.

2. Supervision

Leads, promotes, and motivates the employees within production department (especially performance appraisal and goal setting agreement, successor, personnel development and training measures).

3. Lean-Manufacturing

Fulfil lean production principles in production area; make sure SCHOTT standards are applied in production. Work together with Lean Manager and other related people to improve lean production continuously.

4. ESH

Ensures adherence to and monitoring of legal laws and internal regulations concerning EHS in production department and is in close corporation with the EHS site officer. Ensure the integrated management system (quality, environment, health & safety) is understood & implemented consistently

5. Problem-solving

Lead and organize departments to solve problems in production including machine down, quality and scrap issue.

6. Project Management

Lead and manage related projects.
