• Responsible for all processes, equipment, employees in production line, safety, and 5S in areas supervised.
  对生产流程、设备、生产线员工在安全生产和5S方面给以督导。

• Responsible for meeting production, quality and quantity standards.
  负责生产线生产计划的完成和落实；负责生产线产品质量；

• Trains, upgrades, evaluate, and review employees in production line.
  对生产线员工进行培训、评估。

• Organizes work for smooth operations in production.
  使生产线生产流畅、有序；

• Ensure that established polices, rules and regulations and procedures are followed.
  对员工进行督导，保证公司的各项规章制度在生产线给以落实和执行。

• Prepares and communicate production status with Planner;
  与生产计划员密切配合，及时沟通生产进度；

• Interacts with support staff, as appropriate, to address problems in the production line.
  积极协调、配合生产部与其他部门的工作；

• Making daily production plans based on production plan of Planner;
  根据公司生产计划下达生产线天生产计划；
  Ensure the production plan completed by each shifts.
  保证各班组按照计划要求完成各工作单；

• Issue Production Flow work orders;
  制作并发放生产流程卡；

• Predicts, handles and reports any process and equipment problems and requests assistance from Engineering and Maintenance Department as needed.
  当预测及发现车间生产工艺、质量、设备、进度等发生问题时，及时到现场处理并向相关部门通报；

• Estimate the manpower requirements based on the production forecast and responsible for operator’s interviewing.
  根据生产预报评估人力需求，负责生产线员工面试。

• Responsible for monthly WIP inventory checking and forming tools inventory checking.
  负责月度在制品和模具盘点。

• Responsible for cost control in production line and labor protection appliance management;
  负责生产线成本控制和劳保用品管理；

• Performs other duties as assigned;
