Key Responsibilities:

be responsible for the full department job under the leadership of Operation Manager, organize and supervise the staff to finish their job comprehensively and effectively

be responsible for production personnel management so as to fulfill production target

be responsible for process and site management, guide and responsible for the subordinate, arrange And Organize pilot production. Keep Increasing productivity

coordinate production equipment maintenance and repair work, schedule equipment repair time

combine with the safety department to ensure safety production, labor and environmental protection

coordination with raw materials supply, inventory control of raw material and semi-finished products and finished products, Coordinating material allocation between different workshops. All above should according to production plan

responsible for quality control of process, quality analysis, corrective and preventive action. Status control for quality of Semi-products and F.G coordination with QC and Supplier chain, Responsible for deal with unqualified goods, such as created method and process

organize shift leader’s operational guidance and training work and do the Periodic inspection, assessment and appraisal to them

comply with company policies and complete the work assigned by manager and further meet the performance evaluation criteria and requirements
