工作职务： 生产经理Production Manager

工作地点： 太仓经济开发区

Job Responsibility:

1. Based on the company policy, fully in charge of the production under the authorization of the General Manager.

2. Production cost budget and control.

3. In charge of the production, planning，ensure to finish the targets.

4. Production status analysis and evaluation, implement the quality standard.

5. Analysis and solve the kinds of problem. Increase the pass rate and control the scrap rate.

6. Carry out the rules of EHS, ensure the health and Safety.

7. Monthly and yearly performance evaluation for production employee.

8. Reduce or eliminate waste in new or existing products, processes, and systems.

9. Continuous improvement in production systems in the plant, layout modification.

10. Training plan and implement for the production employees.

11. Assist management execute and review corresponding policies and rules.

12. Works meet the demand of safety, health and environment protection system request.

13. Follow national laws & rules, company rules and professional ethics.

14. Responsible for efficiency improvement, capacity improvement.

15. Responsible for Production related planning(layout, material, workers, facility) and budget control.

Requirements:

1、本科或以上学历。

2、8年以上工厂生产管理工作经验，至少5年以上团队管理经历。

3、良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作能力。

4、有较强的管理技巧和领导力。

5、良好的英语表达和交流能力。
