需求條件：

1. Bachelor degree in manufacturing, engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
2. 5 years of experience of stamping and plating.
3. Above 5 year experience of management in the manufacturing field.
4. Relevant working experience of vehicle quality system is a plus.
5. Strong communication, planning, organizational, and listening skills.
6. Fluent English in both oral and written
