？ Responsible for production shop floor

？ Address that line leaders / shift-leaders fill in all paper work and follow the visual factory requirement

？ Audit that line leaders did perform all quality requirements such as first piece

？ Escalation to the superior on downtime exceed 60 minutes, and/or major defects such as contamination needle marks, etc...

？ Assure 6S will be followed on the shop floor. Address when not followed to the line and shift leader

？ Daily review of analyst data. Escalate if necessary when out of control condition occurs. Discuss with team what the next step are to improve

？ Assure that all production line following the developed standard on 6S, Visual factory, Safety, and Quality

？ Accountable for the uptime, rate, and quality: OEE for all production lines. Make sure that all production data is provided and filled in correctly.

？ Member of the operations gap improvement team and OEE improvement.

？ Sign off on all developed standards on shop floor production lines

？ Assure that the daily tool box meetings 10 minutes before the shift on Safety, Quality and OEE last 24 hours

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Required for Consideration as a Candidate

Bachelor degree or above, engineering, textile or similar major

More than 8 years’ experience for production management

Knowledge of work efficiency, manufacturing, safety and quality control

Be familiar with office software.
