Description of activities:

Operations:

• Supervise machine set-up and maintenance

• Implementation and supervision of the production process

• Create and Implement Work Instructions and Information for Production

• Define and implement Production Plan

• Ensure the quality controllability from incoming goods till outgoing delivery

• Responsible for internal logistics

• Manage stable production

• Manage production team

• Ensure the punctuality of every delivery

• Responsible for tracing key figures (KPIs)

• Evaluate and analyze documentation of production

  
  

  Resourcing:

• Plan and perform trainings for production team / operators

• Take part in trainings

• Identify and report to general management any human resource requirements

• Take care of and promote workshop safety

  
  

  Others:

• Visit supplier/ customer days

• Take care of customer visits

• Take care of supplier visits

• Actively support change management

• Comply with all applicable company policies and procedures

• Carry out any additional duties as required

Education, knowledge and abilities:

• Leadership experience of minimum 3 years in automotive production

• Capable to use measurement devices

• Knowledge about Production Planning

• Knowledge about maintenance performance

• Experience of LEAN methods

• Positive attitude towards new ideas

• Commitment to Continuous Improvement

• High awareness and focus to maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing total costs;

• Loyal attitude towards the company
