Job Description
  • Responsible for daily operation of production workshop, ensure productivity, shop floor management and safety;
  • Establish, execute and maintain the standard operating procedure for all production operations;
  • Manage and coordinate all resources, to ensure production run smoothly according to the plan;
  • Control production quality, ensure quality continuous improvements;
  • Ensure all EHS related requirements implemented in line;
  • Responsible for the production efficiency increasing, production cost reduction, follow and improve all the other related KPIs on a regular basis;
  • Responsible for continuous improvement and reduction of planned hours;
  • Responsible for capacity planning of operators / machines;
  • Manage production department human resources, develop the staff skill, and motivate the employees;
  • Responsible for on time delivery, product quality and production cost efficiency;
  • Proactively participate in other projects, such as new product development, quality improvement project etc;
  • Optimize, develop the workshop layout;
  • Responsible for relevant equipment, tools and other auxiliary materials needed;
  • Ensure good 6S in production areas;
  • Work on any other duties and projects assigned by direct superior.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent combination of education;
  • Min. ten years of working experience in manufacturing industry;
  • Experience in lean methodology, preferable in welding, machining or electrical etc field;
  • Management experience as a manager of production staffs;
  • Ability to coordinate multiple group efforts within the company to achieve objectives;
  • Very good English written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Strong computer skills in SAP and Windows-based PC programs;
