• Setting up, implementing and optimizing operation system in plant to guarantee high quality products, efficiency and low cost operation, motivating environment and continuous expansion of business in BQWP.
  

• Set up operation system and organize production activity to meet company’s targets

• Designs planning types based on changefully BQWP production situation for reaching better production result;
• Sets proper production organization to ensure production department running smooth based on concrete action analysis, if necessary, adjust action will be;
• Assigns line leaders to manage a certain product group by taking consideration of their skills and abilities;
• Conducts line leaders to monitor quantity and quality, ask them to give visible feedback to all operators for motivating operators work harder and make timely adjustments if necessary;
• Monitors and conducts line leaders to find solution or improve SOP, work procedure etc.;
• Analyzes production targets to different function line leaders and conducts line leaders to take action based on teamwork, and then, monitors these KPI targets. These targets are scrap, reject, and the others KPI targets;
• Be responsible to the safety performance in whole production department
  

• Cooperates with technical managers in product development and solving process problem.
• Coordinates with maintenance manager for ensuring the repair in order to reach the target of output of company. Organize preventive actions to ensure safety in the workplace; consults with EHS in case of problems.
• Cooperates with QA. Department not only in products quality problems but also in production consumable material quality problem.
• Cooperates with SCM managers in product planning/Central warehouse.
• Coordinates with Planning Department in case of unexpected major scheduling problem.
• Specifies required quality and quantities of auxiliary materials/ some production tools etc.
  

• Production control & training

• Sets the production progress control system, and monitors line leaders’ execution for ensuring the effectiveness;
• Guides foreman to set preventively maintenance schedule for process points and arrange people to do according the plan;
• Guides foreman to design the production record traceability and monitors the effectiveness;
• Guides line leaders to consolidate these old production records into books for reservation for inquiry later;
• Sets suitable training procedures in production department based on ISO standard and reality and monitor training efficiency;
• Monitors the execution of the point record system, systematically guides line leaders to update, coaches team leaders to evaluate operators without any prejudice
  

• 5S & SHE

• Coaches line leaders to start and ensures 5S activity long term and efficient for keeping the workshop is clean and businesslike.
• Organizes preventive actions to ensure safety and cleanliness in the workplace; consults with SHE in case of problems.
• Discusses with SHE for improving safety regulations and also listens to suggestions from line leaders and operators.
• Takes appropriate action in case of non-observance of rules relating to cleanliness and makes sure this is not repeated.

• Keeps following up future state projects to meet BMS target;
• Implements WoW elements and reaches assessment target;
• Selects priority PLB to implement
  

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5 years related working experience in manufacturing, good understanding of the production& maintenance technology for the wire.
• Fluent English both in spoken and written
• Good leadership; Good ability of personnel management and social interaction; Good motivation skills.
• Good abilities of problem analysis and solving; Good sense; have innovation ability.
