Purpose of position:

Meet high production efficiency, complete KPI within all production departments and support the implementation of KPI.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Comprehensively manage the production department, including the production, process and maintenance team.

2. Achieve the target requirements with excellent leadership.

3. Responsible for daily operation and management of production to ensure the implementation of production plan.

4. Cooperate with logistics department to ensure the timely completion of weekly and monthly customer plans.

5. Responsible for training and management of personnel in the production department to ensure the requirements of the post.

6. Make budget and investment plans related to production.

7.WCM related work.
