Your responsibilities and tasks:

To supervise and control the operation of the department ensuring that production

schedules, quality standards, good house-keeping, labor efficiencies, machine utilization

and cost standards are maintained.监督和控制部门运行，保证部门工作场所整齐，执行良好的生产流程、质量标准、工作效率和机器利用率，建立和维护成本标准。

To assist in the development of new manufacturing techniques to improve productivity, timeliness and quality.协助开发新生产技术，以改进效率和质量。

To co-ordinate maintenance activities with production priorities.

To monitor performance and assess the current and future training and development

needs for personnel within manufacturing. 监督及评估制造部人员培训及开发需求。

To build upon the culture of continuous improvement, using lean methodologies to deliver

ongoing and sustainable improvements in manufacturing performance.

Your profile and qualifications:

Bachelor degree, or equivalent, in mechanical or production engineering or similar relevant field.

机械或制造工程及相关专业学士学位。

10 years’ experience in stainless steel fabrication industries, ideally with a food and / or pharma background, at least 5 years’ managerial experience in a MNC is preferred.

十年及以上不锈钢产品制造企业经验，食品和/或药品背景最佳。五年以上跨国企业管理经验者优先。

Familiar with steel fabrication equipment and technologies including TIG, MIG, Plasma, Orbital and Submerged Arc Welding(SAW).

熟悉TIG、MIG、等离子焊、环缝焊和氩弧焊等不锈钢制造设备和技术。

Familiar with the requirements for mechanical and electrical assembly and testing of machinery and equipment systems including IQ, OQ and FAT.

熟悉机械和电气装配及验证，包括IQ、OQ和FAT。

Familiar with international standards such as ASTM, ASME, ANSI, API etc., governing different aspects of steel fabrication and production machinery, equipment and machine tools handling.

Familiar with AutoCAD, Solid Works, as well as standard MS Office applications.

Working knowledge of ERP and MRP systems. Recent experience with SAP preferred. 会使用ERP及MRP系统。近期使用SAP者优先。 Ability to implement and sustain lean manufacturing and supply chain excellence initiatives.

Working knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies

Knowledge of end processes, project management and customized build-to-order production management is an advantage.
