• Strictly implement EHS policy and procedures, to ensure safety is always being well followed by production team, in order to eliminate safety, environmental incident and also occupational disease.

• Fulfill the production plan by well managing the utilization of people and equipment resource and ensure productivity and OTD requirements.

• Supervise all production processes to assure the compliance with quality and method all related instructions and requirements, to continuously increase product quality and reduce scrap.

• To well manage annual production budget planning and through strictly control to ensure production cost within the budget.

• WCM involvement and facilitation, to ensure timely complete WCM corresponding tasks (i.e. pillar build-up, kaizen project, etc.)

• Take full responsibility of people management in the production department.

• Education background 教育背景：

Min. Degree: Bachelor in mechanical/automation engineering or related field

Max. Degree: Master

• Relevant experience, knowledge and skills 相关经验技能：

1. At least 5 years’ experience in production management.

2. Working experience in multi-national enterprise is a must.

3. Good English.

4. Good knowledge and skills in WCM/Lean manufacturing is preferred.
