Job Descripion:
• To develop an efficient and skilled team to meet the company business development, with clear responsibilities assignment and qualification requirement
• Be responsible for managing the Assembly Performance, such like delivery, quality, cost, etc., to meet the company business orders and strategies, under the cooperation with other department
• To supervise the team to perform and fulfill the targets of the department.
• To set up and develop quality management system in assembly area.
• To provide necessary analysis and suggestions for company business forecast
• To monitor the behaviors of the team according to the regulations and rules.
• To organize effective communication activities internally and externally to enhance the team work
• To develop and engage team with clear road maps and plans
• To drive and implement continuous improvement activities
• 5S and Safety

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in mechanic or engineering related.
• Mini. 8 years working experience in manufacturing industry
• Leadership experience of 30+ people team in production function
• Machine assembly management experience will be a plus, but not must
• Be familiar with the business processes of other production supporting functions
• Good English skills
• Energetic, hard-working, responsible, pro-active
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with senior and mid-level management
• Result orientated
