Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing operations and monitoring daily operations of production, quality control, process, industrial engineering and any ah-hoc factory management issues
• To ensure smooth and productive manufacturing process is running efficiently and safely
• Provide technical solution and troubleshooting to improve the process performance
• Monitor and review necessary action for the maintenance of production line

 Job Requirements:

•  Degree or diploma holder in textile/garment disciplines
• Over 5 years in managerial level in manufacturing operation
• Solid experience in textile/garment industry with production management exposure
• Strong leadership, decision making and analytical skills with presentable and persuasive manner
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Position based in China
