PURPOSE OF JOB
？Manage product center composed of one or many production lines.
？Organize and insure achievement of production objectives in workshop, in alignment with management in terms of safety, Quality, lead time and costs.
？Manage team of direct & indirect labor: production, maintenance, quality in-process as well as line logistic (fine planning and material kitting/preparation and components management on the lines).
？Lead these resources and the specialist/expert ones from a motivation and technical/personal improvement point of view to support the production activities while enhancing team work and promote goal reaching achievement philosophy.
？Promote customer satisfaction through common objectives and exemplarity
？Maintain production tool according to rules defined by local & global engineering

REQUIREMENT:
1. Bachelor degree or above, prefer majoring in Biotechnology/Bio pharmacy
2. More than 3 years Manufacturing/Production Manager in Medical Device Industry or Biopharmaceutical industry (Plastic Packaging preferred vs other material or Instruments if possible)
3. Good Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO 13485, and cGMP Standards
4. Strong planning and management ability, production scheduling ability, problem finding and solving ability and decision-making power.
5. Cost conscious, achievement oriented, professional dedication and global view.
6. Proficient in office automation software, good at excel/word/ppt. SAP is a plus.
7. Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin.
8. French or German is a plus.
9. Accept to business trip abroad (Europe / USA).
