Do you want to ensure effective support to Agilent's production of reagents for cancer diagnostic? We are looking for a production-/mechanical engineer to our Manufacturing Engineering Department.

The ideal candidate will ensure continuous improvement and optimization of production equipment and processes, in order to match the rapidly growing demands in the business. The right candidate will work side by side with the Manufacturing Engineering Team, Project Managers, Subject Matters Expert from other supporting departments, while keeping strong collaboration with the Quality Assurance department. Ideally, you have previous experience in production areas, process development and validation in the medical device/pharma industry and are familiar with ISO13485:2016.

We are searching for a skillful, energetic and experienced Production-/Mechanical Engineer who can strengthen the team with new competencies and ideas and support Agilent´s ambitious performance targets. More specifically, the responsibilities and main duties associated with the position will be:

• Deliver continuous improvements in production
• Optimize the current technology to increase capacity
• Project manager-/participant on selected projects on new equipment and processes
• Support the implementation/optimization of products/processes in production
• Handling changes, deviations and CAPA´s
• Implement and document process optimizations
• Support to production incl. root cause investigation and NCR handling
• Specification, documentation, qualification and validation on production equipment-/processes
• Cross functionally and interaction with many people and departments both locally and globally.
