 Responsibilities:

• To provide a quality customer service to the buyer;
• To maintain relationship with supplier;
• Follow up order and on time shipment of product;
• Monitoring process at different stages of the critical path;
• Testing of products to meet QA requirement;
• Follow up the QA approval process including product function and safety;
• Critical Path Management;
• Maintain a proper system to ensure visibility in all areas and allow other team members be able to handle current work immediately in your absence;
• Ad. hoc project as assigned by Line Manager or above.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years or above solid merchandising experience in technology product categories (esp. audio visual, tech accessories, and portable electronic devices), preferably in buying office environment;
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skill to liaison with stakeholders;
• Tertiary education or equivalent;
• Proven experience to be able to work with overseas buyers independently;
• Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure;
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Mandarin;
• Excellent computer knowledge;
• Travel is required.
