Job Description
- At least 10 years of solid woven garment manufacturing experience in sizable factory with minimum 5 years’ of managerial experience
- Knowledge in production operation & quality assurance, such as Lean, Six Sigma.
- Computer knowledge, such as Excel, Email, ERP system.
- Able to calculate and articulate capacity of production line
- Able to lead and motivate staff with strong desire to train and develop subordinates' full potential.
- Good technical know of woven, denim/ cotton knit/ sweater
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
