Description & Responsibilities:

• Ensuring operational excellence within the Pomelo Sample Room; to align with the standard operating procedures.

• Organize training for new processes or software updates from the Headquarter to the Pomelo Lab and China Office. To create SOPs for China Office.

• Identify, report and resolve any outstanding operation issues and system bugs in the Sample Room and during production process ; ( From Product Development to Merchandising. )

• Identify production operation issues and software integrity and report to team.

• Monitor and manage computer programs [ Henry] and process that run the backend of production operation flow ; maintaining system integrity and security.

• Ensuring data accuracy and assist in developing computer software tools and processes to effectively communicate information, outputs and report.

• Assist in Identifying specific outputs that is required to create software specification, reports and metrics for better production outputs and management.

• Identify, report and resolve any outstanding issues during production process.

• Making sure that expected quality standard and goals are met.

• Coordinate in between China office, Thailand Headquarter and company’s resources to get status updates to chart out progress.

• Monitor and analyze report and documentation on project progress while also using computer software to identify better process.

• Assisting Production Operation Analyst [ Headquarter ] and team on researching, analyzing and building reports for better management ; working in virtually all fields with factories worker to software engineer team, designers to construction.

• Continuously improve key production operation projects and processes which include assisting in current and future projects especially Sample Room, Sample Library, Block-Sizing Library, warehouse, factories and furthermore.

• Assisting the production team work and Production development manager daily work.
  

Qualifications:

• College Degree ,major in english or garment as plus;

• Detail and process driven to achieve goals

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented, meticulous and creative

• Process oriented, strategic thinker and have a builder mind

• Experience to gain knowledge of the fashion industry and to gain a solid understanding of how the production process works.

• Flexible, able to work in a fast-paced environment, with high flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities. (Ability to travel abroad ; China / India)

• Strong communication (Professional English Speaker ) and presentation skills, experience using Microsoft Office suites (, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
