• Responsible for safe and effective operation for the position. 负责本岗位的安全以及有效率的运作。

• Ensure the completion of daily production assignment and target. 必须确保完成每日的生产进度和产量。

• Ensure all finished products reach the quality standard of H.B. Fuller. 所有生产的成品必须确保符合HB Fuller公司质量标准。

• Follow H.B. Fuller & government EHS policy and procedure at any place and any time during the work.在工作过程中的任何地点、时间都应遵守HBFuller公司和国家规定的安全政策和程序。

• Guide temporary workers to have safe and effective operation.指导临时工的安全以及有效率的运作。

• This position is reporting to shift supervisor 该职位向轮班主管汇报。

PRIMARY DUTIES

主要职责

• Strictly execute production and packaging according to SOP. 严格按照SOP进行执行生产和包装操作。

• Complete the production tasks & target in a timely manner.. 按时足量完成生产任务。

• Comply with EHS policy and procedure. 遵守公司EHS政策，达到标准要求。

• Work under supervision (for new employee), or to complete the work independently in a high efficiency and quality. 在指导下工作（新员工），或能够独立高效高质量完成本岗位工作。

• Assist in assign and complete team task and execute the supervisor’s instruction correctly. 参与团队任务的分配与完成，正确执行上级指令。

• Prepare packing material-select correct material according to packing. (Familiar with packing material, stock and quantity) 包装材料的准备 - 按照包装标准上的清单正确的选择物料。（熟悉包装材料，位置和数量）。

• Packing material Management: Return the unfinished packing material to the original place in time according to warehouse management policy & procedure. 包装材料的管理：按仓库管理要求，及时将未用完的包装材料退回原位。

• Packing operation: operate according to the operation instruction; the additionally used raw material, packing material shall be reported to the operator according to the facts to ensure inventory accuracy. 包装操作：必须按操作指引进行；所有额外使用的原材料、包装材料必须如实报告给操作工记录以确保库存的准确性。

• EHS: Ensure 5S in working area at all times, including safe equipment operation i.e. shut off the equipment in case any faults or defaults occurred, and report to line manager or EHS manager by using STOP card 安全：必须确保工作区域始终保持干净，整洁和安全（5S）。包括设备的安全操作使用，发生任何缺陷或违规行为，都必须停止使用，并用STOP卡报告到各自的班长，或EHS主管，或生产主管。

• Sustaining improvement: attend training organized by supervisor actively and active involved in the production process and quality improvement. 持续的改进：积极参与主管组织的的培训方案。对工艺和产品质量的改进积极参与。

• Master independent operational skills (including 1# or 6# material loading/extruding, or water based adhesive operation) of at least three production positions , and master on-line QC basic skills; and pass the assessment from supervisor.掌握至少3个生产岗位的独立操作技能（至少包括1#或6#投料/出料，或水胶操作）掌握在线QC的基本技能；并通过主管的考核；

• Sustaining improvement: actively participant improvement activity initiated from supervisor, and organizes production process control training under the assistance of supervisor and PG16 and trace relevant training records. And actively provide advice for production process and quality improvement . To actively participate/lead co-workers to complete the Lean Six Sigma project. . 持续改进：积极参与主管组织的改进措施，并在主管、PG16的协助下组织生产工艺控制的培训及跟进相关记录等。对工艺和产品、质量的改进积极献计献策。积极参与或带头完成LSS项目。

• Attend on-line QC skill training. 参加在线QC技能培训。

• Reach and maintain all H.B.Fuller EHS standard as well as temporary workers确保本人以及临时工达到并维持所有富乐的EHS等标准要求。

• Give guidance to temporary workers as necessary. 在需要时能够指导临时工的工作；

• Master independent operation skills from material lunch to packaging in more than five production lines (including one1# or 6#, and at least one production line of water based adhesive); and pass the assessment from supervisor. 掌握5条以上生产线从投料到包装的独立操作技能（包括1条1#或6#，以及至少1条水胶生产线）；并通过主管的考核；

• Assist supervisor to manage the whole production team when he takes leaves; and support cross function communication and coordination; 在主管休假时能够协助管理整个生产团队；以及跨部门的沟通协调工作；
