MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责

1. Create and implementation Processes and Systems to effectively understand customer schedules and Forecasts,

制定并实施流程和系统，以保证有效的了解客户的需求和发货日程;

2. Create and implementation process to create alarms to management in cases of abnormal changes in the customer forecasts potentially affecting capacity, material pipeline –shortages, excess and / or obsolete,

制定并实施流程，当客户预测异常可能影响能力,导致原料短缺,多余或报废时,向管理层预警;

3. Responsible to lead and coordinate all planner functions for new programs introduced at TRW – Wuhan,

在新产品或项目导入过程中，负责主导并协调与所有计划部门相关的运作;

4. Responsible for master schedule of the plant and related MRP system operation,

负责主生产数据和相关MRP运行的操作;

5. Responsible for capacity and occupation planning, implement processes to integrate capacity calculation and alignment of production plan with the capacity,

负责 能力运用计划, 建立流程, 整和能力计算,并保证生产计划与能力一致;

6. Control all scheduling activities and periodically report the progress related production,

管控所有与生产活动相关的进程安排，并定期报告进展;

7. Coordination of manufacturing activities internally of Plant to meet the planned objective,

内部协调有关生产的进程，以满足计划目标;

8. Monitor the FG inventory status and reduce the inventory based on customer demand,

基于客户的需求，实时监控产成品的库存状况以尽可能减少库存量;

9. Measure planning performance and prepare monthly/weekly report on planning order against actual deliveries,

每周、每月定期考评生产计划实际达成率;

10. Contact window of customer order processing，including receiving, review and delivery,

有关客户订单交付的相关流程的唯一窗口，包括订单接收、确认及发交;

11. Responsible for the performance of the team, set up KPI and ensuring team is adequately structured in terms of organization and resources to effectively perform, to achieve target,

负责团队表现，设置绩效考核目标并确保在组织和资源上有足够的配备以有效的工作，并达成既定目标;

12. Set up SOP of function to full match management system requirement, e.g.TS14969,OHS18001 etc,

制定相关的SOP以满足公司管理系统的要求，如TS14969,OHS18001;

13. Implement quality management system including TS14969,OHS18001 etc,

贯彻各种管理体系的要求;

14. Follow company HSE rules and report unsafe hazards or issues to HSE in time.

遵守公司健康安全环境规定，及时向HSE汇报不安全隐患和事件。

15. Responsible for underlings’ safety and ensure HSE rules be followed.

对下属安全负责，确保HSE规定被遵守。

16. Support HSE to achieve company HSE KPIs.

支持HSE达成公司HSE关键绩效指标。

17. Other tasks assigned by leader or company business required.

其它的工作任务由主管指派或公司业务的需求.

KEY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求

1. International purchasing experience definitely is strength，

具备国外采购经验；

2. Logistics knowledge and inventory management skill，

具备物流知识和存货管理技能；

3. Strength of basic problem analysis and solving skills - e.g.8D,pareto, run chart, root cause analysis

具备基础问题分析和解决技能，如8D分析, 柏拉图分析，根源分析等；

4. Good command of English both written and oral，

具备良好的英语口头和写作能力；

5. Strong capabilities for data summary and analysis，

较强的数据总结和分析能力；

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

良好的沟通技能和人际关系处理能力；

7. Familiar with ISO /TS 16949，

熟悉ISO /TS 16949；

8. ERP Knowledge background, QAD prefer，

具备ERP知识，熟悉QAD优先考虑；

9. Microsoft-Word , Excel , Power Point Knowledge.

熟练使用办公软件如 Word, Excel, Power Point等。

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

1. Educational: University degree on Engineering or business，

工程或商务专业大学本科学历，

2. Experience: More than 5 years in Production Planning, and more than 2 years Production planning management in manufacturing unit.

5年以上生产计划工作经验，2年以上制造业生产计划管理经验
