工作要求Job Requirements
本科或以上学历。
Bachelor degree or above
6年以上生产计划或控制相关经验，3年生产计划或控制管理岗位经验。
More than 6-years’ experience of production control, 3 years’ experience on manage position of planning.
较强的解决问题和沟通的能力，熟练使用基本的办公管理软件。
Strong problem solving and communication skills, master’s in office software.
较强的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
Strong team spirit and communication capability.
流利的英语沟通能力
English fluent.

工作职责及内容 Responsibilities
1、 根据客户需求和生产人力，设备等资源制定均衡计划。
To make leveling plan according to customer demand, production and equipment resources
2、 定期通过监控生产达成情况和客户实际需求调整库存，均衡生产策略。
To adjust stock and leveling strategy through monitoring the situation of production yield rate
3、 协调和统一分配厂内人力，设备资源，不断提高效率，减少浪费。
To improve production efficiency, reduce waste by coordinate and unified assignment of internal manpower and equipment resources.
4、 通过生产计划和系统参数设置，控制厂内原材料，半成品，成品库存。
To adjust and optimize the master data of system, control raw material ,semi-products and FG stock as reasonable level.
5、 每月更新生产计划相关的关键绩效指标，并制定和跟踪改善措施。
To monitoring and update production KPI, making and tracking improvement actions.
6、 生产计划部门的日常事务的管理。
To complete the other routine jobs of Planning department.
7. 协助物流经理对需要转移的项目进行计划跟踪和安排，确保项目按照既定的计划成功进行转移
Support logistics manger to monitor and tracking projects which will be transferred, to secure program transfer successfully according to project transfer plan
8. 协助物流经理组建新工厂的CSA/Production planning 团队
Support logistics manager to set up CSA/Production planning team
9. 协助对新工厂的生产计划控制系统进行有效的执行，并能进行逐步完善,以实现最低的库存，最高的生产率，最高的设备利用率和准时交付的目的
Support to execute production planning system defined for new plant effectively, and also do continuous improvement, to achieve lowest inventory, highest production efficiency, highest equipment utilization and on time delivery
7、 部门经理交代的其他事项。
To take over other temporary job from management.
