PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review short-term and long-term forecast and prepare capacity accordingly, work with capacity planning to update production capacity in i2 weekly basis.

• Monitor materials status to reduce the influence from material shortage

• Master schedule, weekly build plan fulfillment

• Retail and OEM order fulfillment with 100% OTD.

• Manage inventory turns at CMs, timely dispose excess/OBS/Non net inventory to achieve the goals

• Co-work with engineer team on New Product qualification and ramp up,

• Problem solving on hold lot/MRB lot

• Drive process improvements in production planning/B2B.

• Department KPI and Reports

• Other tasks assigned by manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires BA degree

• More than 10 years production control or production planning experience

• Strong analytical skills

• Team work and self-drive

• Strong communication skills

• Familiar with MES system, experience with SAP.

• Good skill at Excel, PowerPoint

• Industrial engineering background preferred
